All of our creations are custom-made to order. When the customer places their order, We order the setting from our trusted suppliers. The turnaround time for settings is 3-5 weeks. We do our best to get you your custom piece as soon as we can. If we have any delays or updates, we will contact your during the process.

Using online methods to measure your ring size is not 100% accurate and we strongly recommend going to a jeweler and being sized before purchasing if you don't already know your size. In Memoree Keepsakes is NOT responsible if you purchase the incorrect size.

Avoid using cream, perfume, etc., while wearing your piece. Direct contact with cosmetics can damage your jewelry.

Handle your jewelry as delicately as you can to avoid scratching.

Keep your piece by itself so it won’t damage when in contact with other pieces.

Avoid submerging it in water and keep it out of long exposure to direct sunlight so it won’t become damaged over time.

Rose gold/Gold plated pieces have natural wear with time. Jewelry can be re-plated. Any local jeweler should be able to help!

If stones become dirty, use a very soft bristle brush to clean the stone’s surface; rough bristles can cause damage.

We do not currently offer refunds due to the custom nature of each item. 

Once your package has been handed over to the postal service, In Memoree Keepsakes is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed items during transit. To ensure protection for your order, shipping insurance must be purchased at checkout. This insurance will cover the cost of lost or damaged packages. If an issue arises with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
